Andrew Sellick
Andrew SellickManaging Director
Andrew has over 24 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has expertise in many commercial areas including market and customer segmentation, analysis and data visualisation, strategy execution, sales force effectiveness, forecasting and financial management.

When not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and “relaxes” by cycling around the Cheshire Plain and in the hills of the Peak District.

Rob Parrish
Rob ParrishDirector
Rob has been working in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience specialising in insight generation for the biopharma and medical device sectors.

Rob worked client-side with AstraZeneca for 12 years in various global sales and marketing roles before moving to the agency-side establishing and heading up a market research agency for 18 years.

Alex Goonesinghe
Alex Goonesinghe, Ph.D.Scientific Director
Alex has been passionate about working in life sciences and supporting healthcare for a number of years. Starting as a development chemist 18 years ago, he become an R&D team leader before moving into healthcare communications.

Becoming an Insights Research Manager in 2015, Alex was instrumental in designing, interpreting and applying the findings from bespoke primary market research and secondary desk research programmes to support a medical communications strategy and tactical implementation. He has also run projects which gather real-world data to support market access programmes and HEOR analysis.

Rebecca Barber
Rebecca BarberResearch Director
Rebecca has over 8 years’ experience of designing and delivering global market research projects in the healthcare sector.

With a strong track record of working with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, Rebecca has worked across a wide range of therapy areas and has applied a variety of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies across her projects. Rebecca has experience working with a diverse healthcare research audience including Specialists, General practitioners, Nurses, Patients, Caregivers, External experts, Payers and other Healthcare professionals.

Sarah TuckerResearch Director
Sarah has over 14 years’ experience in delivering global market research to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Initially specialising in qualitative healthcare research and then expanding to successfully direct and deliver large and complex quantitative studies, Sarah has vast experience across a broad range of methodologies. She is a qualified NLP practitioner and has worked across a wide spectrum of therapy areas, including rare diseases. Sarah is experienced in working with a diverse audience internationally including Patients, Caregivers, Nurses, Specialists, General Practitioners, External experts, Payers, Laboratory Specialists and other Healthcare professionals.

Connor Blackmore
Connor BlackmoreSenior Researcher
Connor has over 4 years’ experience of secondary market research and supporting the medical communications sector.

Whilst working as a Senior Researcher, Connor has worked on a variety of different research projects involving social media analysis, literature searches, congress searches, congress and journal identification. Connor has been heavily involved in new business development and strategic initiatives for healthcare communications business development teams by searching commercial and market information to identify potential blockbuster pipeline products.

Ryan Vonslow
Ryan VonslowSenior Researcher
Ryan joined 7i Group in January 2019 as a Senior Researcher and is responsible for managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects. Ryan’s interest in the healthcare sector piqued whilst completing his undergraduate degree in Pharmacology at the University of Manchester. In 2016, after working in research roles for both Boehringer Ingelheim and Novartis, Ryan moved into market research where he has been able to deliver invaluable insights to clients in the healthcare sector.

Ryan brings a wealth of experience in managing bespoke, global market research projects and delivering insights into a broad range of disease areas covering dermatology, neurology, rare diseases and medical devices.

Klaudia KornalskaSenior Researcher
Klaudia has 2 years’ experience as a market access analyst providing insight and product positioning support for biopharmaceutical clients. Klaudia has worked across various therapy areas, such as oncology, infectious diseases, chronic pain, ophthalmology and autoimmune disorders. With a strong expertise in secondary desk research, particularly systematic and structured literature reviews and landscaping analyses, she has co-authored publications and conference posters.

In addition to her professional career, Klaudia is also currently working towards her PhD in Epidemiology at The University of Manchester. She is combining quantitative and qualitative research methods to improve the understanding of the patient’s perspective on living with venous leg ulcers.
