When not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and “relaxes” by cycling around the Cheshire Plain and in the hills of the Peak District.

Rob worked client-side with AstraZeneca for 12 years in various global sales and marketing roles before moving to the agency-side establishing and heading up a market research agency for 18 years.

Starting in cancer research, Siobhan went on to lead global medical affairs programmes on behalf of clients before joining AstraZeneca. Whilst at AZ, Siobhan led global medical affairs strategic projects, including alliances and acquisitions and partnered with clinical, pre-clinical science, real world evidence and MSL functions at a global and local level.

Having built up a broad armamentarium of research tools and techniques, Claire is adept at applying the right methodology to address very specific and often complex client business needs and objectives. Her experience includes both international and UK research with a specialist knowledge of the UK NHS.
Claire has worked within many therapy areas, including oncology, haematology and auto-immune diseases. She is proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and is an expert moderator.

He developed his scientific background at the University of Freiburg in Germany where he researched the interactions between human-derived neural stem cells and cancer stem cells using flow cytometric protocols.
Away from work, Arun enjoys keeping fit in the gym, cycling running marathons. As a keen vegetarian, he likes to experiment with new recipes and loves baking sourdough when he has the time to do so!

Connor combines this with 6 years’ experience of secondary market research and has worked on a variety of different research projects involving social media analysis, literature searches, congress searches and journal identification and impact. He has particular expertise in rare diseases and neuroscience.

Ryan brings a wealth of experience in managing bespoke, global market research projects and delivering insights into a broad range of disease areas covering dermatology, neurology, rare diseases and medical devices.

In addition to her professional career, Klaudia is also currently working towards her PhD in Epidemiology at The University of Manchester. She is combining quantitative and qualitative research methods to improve the understanding of the patient’s perspective on living with venous leg ulcers.

Katy has a scientific background having completed a Masters in Biological Sciences at University of London, which focused on Embryology. In her spare time, Katy is a keen hockey player, horse rider and also enjoys walking in the countryside.


In her private life, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, relaxing on holidays and loves a Zumba class!

In her private life Sylda enjoys riding her motorbike. She also has 3 dogs, a love of animals in general and the great outdoors, especially Scotland with its empty roads and beautiful scenery.

Kay keeps us organised and supports us in many areas across the company.

Stuart is an ACMA qualified accountant with many years of experience as a Finance Director working for multi-site global SMEs.

Juliet is a qualified HR and Organisational Development professional and has many years of experience in supporting multinational organisations, including AstraZeneca.
